In the density simulation, I saw that the bigger blocks don’t
always sink to the bottom like a rock. Sometimes the smaller blocks were the
ones that sunk like rock but other times they floated too. This reminds me
about an experiment I did in 6th grade. Everyone brought a can of
pop and we put them in a tub of water one at a time. Though all the cans were
the same size, the density of the pop in the can and the amount of pop in each
can was each different. Over all, the larger the volume doesn’t mean it will
float.

ReplyDeleteI loved your example.
ReplyDeleteI like how you explained your example and showed what you learned from the simulation.
